Account Deletion Policy

At BCS Local, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled securely. In accordance with GDPR and other data protection regulations, we offer our users the ability to delete their accounts upon request.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email Request: Send an email to our support team at info@bcs-local.com using the email address associated with your account.
  2. Subject Line: Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line of your email.
  3. Account Information: In the body of the email, please provide the following information to help us process your request:
    • Your full name
    • Your username or email address associated with the account
    • A brief statement requesting the deletion of your account

Our support team will verify your request and proceed with the deletion of your account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.

Important Note

Please be aware that once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.
