Event Details

On July 17, Astronomy on Tap BCS will bring you our 15th event.

Andrew Pace will tell us about how the Milky Way eats up smaller galaxies as it forms.

Then Jonathan Cohn will tell us about the recent direct imaging of a black hole with the Event Horizon Telescope. We will also have the usual assortment of trivia, Astronomy in the News by Alexander Riley, and What’s Up by Leo Alcorn.

As always, AoT BCS is FREE and open to all ages! The Grand Stafford bar opens at 6:30pm and the show starts at 7pm. Come listen to astronomers share the wonders of the Universe over a drink!
