The rare vintage 100% Nicaraguan tobaccos of the Estoque are carefully cured and fermented and then meticulously crafted by skilled artisans.

Yamazaki 12 years old, Japan
Bunnahabhain 12 years old Islay Single Malt Scotch
Russell’s 10 years old reserve Bourbon

Appetizer:
Panko Crusted Lamb “Lollipops” on top of a roasted Acorn Squash Hummus with crispy Rainbow Cauliflower and Mint-Lemon Chimichurri
