A creative, four course dining experience unlike anything else in Bryan/College Station. This is our chance to step out of catering, and curate a menu that is seasonally inspired and likely something you may not have tried before.

First:

Fig Bruschetta with Goat Cheese and Honey Bacon Wrapped Figs with Gorgonzola and Pecans

Second:

Watermelon Salad with Micro Greens, Feta Cheese, Pickled Red Onion, Balsamic Glaze

Third:

Strawberry Rhubarb Pate de Fruit

Fourth:

Frenched Center Cut Pork Chop with Peach Chipotle Glaze

DC Steak Rub Strip Loin with Peach Chipotle Glaze

Butternut Squash Boulangere Sauteed Mixed Greens with Bourbon Bacon Jam

Fifth:

Apricot and Fig Clafoutis with Creme Anglaise
