Patriot Day Event

The Eugene Jones VFW Post 1907, out of Normangee, will be hosting their annual Patriot Day event on Saturday, September 9th from 10am-2pm at their post building located in Wealthy. (Off hwy 3, between Normangee and Hilltop Lakes)

This event is free for the community and is to honor our nation’s heroes from 9/11; First Responders, Police, Fire & Military (active, reserve, & retired).

Schedule to be announced but activities will include food, Meme’s Shaved Ice, and activities for the kids, including an inflatable water slide. Updates will be posted to the VFW Post’s Facebook page.
