The monthly Third Thursday Art Step is our monthly art walk in historic downtown Bryan. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate the arts, visit galleries, talk to the artists, peruse the art….
SEAD Gallery, 216 W. 26th St. – opening for “Vitality: the art and science of an ornithology collection” from the TAMU Biodiversity Research and Teaching Collection along with “Art and Science Integrated” exhibit by students of Purple Turtle Art Studio, inspired by the TAMU exhibit.
“What’s Good” ice cream sandwiches will be setup, selling small batch handmade ice cream.
Village Cafe/Art979 Gallery, 210 W. 26th St. Opening for “1st Graders Monster Art Show”, children’s monster drawings and local artist interpretation of the children’s art.
Downtown Uncorked, 206 W. 26th St. Exhibit of art by Brazos Valley Art League member Gigi Killough
Parker Astin Art Center, 108 N. Bryan Ave. New art by local artists, studio of printmakers Iva Banik and Letitia Alston will be open. Stop by and make your mark (fingerprint) on the Community art bowl for Empty Bowls, which is during November’s Third Thursday Art Step, Nov 17. Thank you, U Paint It, for helping with this!
Voices for Children, 115 N Main St. New exhibition of artwork by Bryan Contemporary Artists.
Art of War, 419 N. Main St. New exhibition of works by local artist Beast Syndicate (Jeremy Thompson)

Arsenal Tattoo and Design, 307 W. 26th St. Explore the art gallery and maybe talk about some new body art.
White Lotus Pottery, 305 N. Parker ave, unit 112 (Kasparov apartments)- stop by and meet Amanda Bartell, Bryan’s newest ceramic artist. Check on progress of bowls for Empty Bowls.
Kyle House, 800 S. Bryan Ave. Check out the new Kyle House- cafe by day, happenings by night. Currently featuring an exhibit of art by John Krajcek. Stop by and visit with the artist!
StageCenter, 218 N. Bryan Ave. How about a behind the scenes look at Fright Nights Haunted House? Stop by between 7 and 8.
