Navasota Businesses Pull Together to Give You a Wonderful Downtown Experience

Maybe you’ve noticed all the big changes in downtown Navasota. New opportunities to eat, drink, shop, and even stay the night are on the way.
The streets no longer go empty at 6:00 p.m.!

Local shops and businesses are extremely pleased with where things are heading.  “A rising tide floats all ships.” So, in keeping with that, many of the businesses in the area have begun partnering with each other to give you a little extra incentive to join in the downtown experience!

Newly opened, Patout’s Wine Shoppe offers a great selection of fine wines and cold beer in a cozy setting where you can kick back and unwind with friends old and new.

Just down the street, Rail & Rye’s rooftop bar offers spectacular views and a full bar featuring your favorite cocktails and tasty beers. Or, if you’re afraid of heights or prefer a more earthly setting, you can enjoy the beer garden behind their building where there is usually a local food vendor just outside serving up some munchies to keep you energized for a full evening of fun.

The Gallery Downtown, the hidden gem of downtown; known for local art, live music, paint parties, private lessons with local award winning artist Pattie Pederson, will be hosting an amazing show this Saturday with up and coming guitar and vocalist, Sparky Parker, bringing the musical jam starting at 7:30 p.m. This dude’s the real deal!!!

Many of the local businesses will give discounts if you show proof that you will be visiting other downtown establishments.  So feel free to party/bar hop. 
Navasota now allows open containers for alcohol, so no need to leave your drink behind when you peruse the local shops and establishments.  It couldn’t be any easier!
