-Seared salmon with Beurre Blanc sauce infused with Messina Hof Pinot Grigio
-Grilled chicken breast with herb demi sauce infused with Messina Hof Unoaked Chardonnay
-Poached gulf shrimp – Messina Hof Chardonnay & herb poached shrimp served with caprese salad
