Where we are, how we got there. and why it is important.

The Hamas attack on Israel and the Israeli response has once again demonstrated that however much successive U.S. Administrations might wish to pivot to some other part of the world, the Middle East has a way of forcing itself to the top of our foreign policy agenda. We will take a look at where we are in the Middle East, how we got here and what may happen next.
