September is National Honey Month! Ever wondered what goes into making mead? Think it is too difficult to do by yourself or not sure where to start? This hands-on class is for you!
Learn about the different equipment and ingredients needed. You will be actively involved in every step of the mead making process in a relaxed, fun setting with lots of time for questions. With over 10 varieties of mead to sample, you will find your perfect recipe. Attendees will receive a complete set up for making one-half gallon of mead (this is approximately (5) 375 ml bottles of mead!!), including 1-1/2 lbs of Texas honey and a full one-half gallon mead fermentation kit, plus 10% off additional equipment and supplies if purchased the day of the event. Limited number of seats are available, so we can provide a true hands-on experience!
