Beginners and all Skill Levels welcome!Hey! Ho! Let’s Pose! Join Steph (and the occasional guest host) every Saturday at 2:30pm for a mindful guide through basic stretch and meditation, while also jamming out to killer tunes! All skill levels including beginners are welcome to attend. Please bring a mat if you have one, but a bath towel will work too! Classes are free, although a small tip to the instructor is encouraged.
