Talent Competition and Street Festival
Enjoy a street festival in Downtown Navasota on Saturday October 21, 2023. Watch contestants compete for a chance to perform on the Grand Ole Opry House stage. The best and brightest talent will compete live in Navasota, TX on this day.
Competition for talent: 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Concert 6:00pm – 9:00pm Contestants to advance to Nashville announced during concert.

The Sound of Small Town America is headed to Navasota!
Navasota is one of 4 cities hosting a preliminary competition for a national talent contest held by the Inspirational Country Music Association & Awards (ICMA).The Sound of Small Town America is looking for new artists who represent hometown values & are drawn to preserving the beauty and history of the country to apply for the chance to compete!

ROUND ONE: Send in your submission by going to inspirationalcountrymusic.com Fill out the submission by following the directions. The submission fee is $50.00 fee. A panel of Nashville best will evaluate each submission.
