Whole Hog Breakdown & Meal at the Ronin Farm
Our partnership with Ronin has led us to provide this informational two part series. One of Ronin’s owners and Executive Chef, Brian, presents the breakdown of an entire Hog, born and raised on our Farm, in this second class. This Hog Breakdown will be approximately 1.5 hours, followed by the cooking and serving of this meal.
This tickets includes: the informational breakdown of an entire Hog and the meal served from this Hog. The Breakdown will be held from 3:30-5pm and the dinner will be from 5-6pm.
